Analysis All orders are scanned every 5 minutes and any changes in volume are recorded - the dashboard takes all of that data for every location and every item and uses the daily averages to display an overview of every location. It is limited to last month of data. You can click the pie chart to explore specific item groups or filter down to an individual station, filtering down enough will display the top items for the area.
